No Drama Mama, Come Get To Know Me

The breaking point... I never know what to put on these things so I'll just wing it. Its the middle of December and I just got a rid from a chick I know from school that I'm cool with. She always tells me, "Yeah, I don't smoke" yet I hop in her car and behold..my old brand lying in her purse, full. She light one while riding to drop me off, nice enough to roll down the windows. All I can think is, this is my life in a nut shell. Every step I take to better myself, protect life, and live like I have something to live for I'm faced with obstacles. I don't smoke, period, not occassionly, not when I'm drinking, never. Now I'm not a hypocrite either so I tell you now that I used to smoke once upon a time for about 3 years. I was the newport queen. So I say that to say this, I wasn't ticked or irritated with her simply depressed. You see I'm the rarity, a somber lady in a crowd of partiers. I never have the time to make new friends or met new people so it seems I'm stuck trying to stand and be me when the world says no. I want to meet people with a respect for their body, with a desire to be thebest they can be regardless of what the crowd is doing. I want to be me and I seek people with the same philosophy. So I did a search for non smoker social sites and found this place, I hope it will be productive... I'm a free spirited young woman with a lot on my mind. I love physical activities (current doing tai chi, capoeria, yoga, and tennis) and for those looking for more I love to be physical and cuddley on occasion.
